Android App Tester - Entry-Level (Remote)

We're looking for detail-oriented Android App Testers to join our growing quality assurance team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our Android applications work flawlessly across different devices and scenarios. If you enjoy exploring apps, finding bugs, and providing constructive feedback, this is a great opportunity to launch your QA career from home.

Roles: Install and test Android applications on real devices, navigate through features systematically, identify bugs and usability issues, document your findings with clear descriptions and screenshots, and provide detailed reports on app performance, crashes, and user experience improvements.

Requirements: Must own at least one Android smartphone or tablet running a current version of Android OS (Android 10 or newer preferred). You'll be responsible for installing test apps and running them through their full functionality.

Contract Length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour (compensation varies based on testing complexity and deliverable quality)

Skills/Background Needed:

• Ownership of a personal Android device with sufficient storage for multiple applications.
• Basic understanding of how Android apps function and familiarity with the Google Play Store.
• Strong written communication skills for documenting test results and bug reports.
• Methodical approach to testing—ability to follow test cases and think creatively about edge cases.
• Minimum 5 hours per week availability with reliable commitment.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection for smooth app downloads and video submission of findings.

Weekly Hours: Flexible
