App Testing Data Entry Specialist (No Experience Required)

Role:

As an App Testing Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our quality assurance documentation process. You'll input test results into our systems, organize findings from app testing sessions, verify data accuracy, create spreadsheets tracking app performance metrics, and maintain organized records that help our development team understand how apps are performing in the real world.

Responsibilities:

• Enter app testing data and results into company databases and spreadsheet systems.
• Organize and categorize test findings by app, issue type, and severity level.
• Verify accuracy of all entered information and cross-reference with source documents.
• Create and maintain detailed logs of testing sessions, bugs found, and performance metrics.
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information for supervisor review.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing app testing data and trends.

Requirements:

• No experience necessary – we'll provide complete training.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills: email, web browsers, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data entry tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is critical in this role.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and ask clarifying questions when needed.

Skills/Background Needed:

Comfort with data entry software, basic typing proficiency (50+ WPM preferred), familiarity with spreadsheets, and the ability to work independently. Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required.

Hours Per Week:

Flexible – work as much or as little as your schedule allows.

Location:
