App Testing Review Writer - 100% Remote

Looking for a sharp writer with a critical eye for user experience? We're searching for an App Testing Review Writer to join our remote team. Your mission: test mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, identify what makes them work (or fail), and translate those insights into compelling, honest reviews that help real users make informed decisions.

This role combines hands-on app exploration with thoughtful writing. You'll be the bridge between developers' intentions and users' actual experiences, documenting everything from interface design to performance hiccups in clear, accessible prose.

Roles:

Here's what you'll be doing throughout your week:

• Installing and thoroughly testing mobile apps across different devices and operating systems.
• Evaluating user interface design, functionality, performance, and overall user experience.
• Documenting bugs, glitches, crashes, and other technical issues you encounter during testing.
• Writing detailed, balanced reviews that cover strengths, weaknesses, and real-world usability.
• Following specific testing protocols and checklists to ensure comprehensive app evaluation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need access to at least one mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet) and the ability to test apps thoroughly and independently.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Contract: No fixed term.

Skills/Background Needed:

No prior app testing experience required. However, you should have:

• A smartphone or tablet capable of downloading and running current apps.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
• The discipline to work independently and manage your own testing schedule.
• Meticulous attention to detail and patience with repetitive testing tasks.
• A minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection at your workspace.

Hours per Week: Flexible.

Location:

Remote work online (USA preferred). Work from anywhere with an internet connection—no office required.
