Responsibilities: As part of our support team, you're the frontline contact for customers reaching out with questions or problems. You'll dive deep into what customers are facing, ask the right questions, and collaborate on solutions that actually work. Plus, you'll have direct access to chat with our product and engineering teams—the insights you gather from customers become fuel for our product roadmap.
Requirements: You'll need a reliable computer, phone, or tablet with dependable internet connection. Fluent written English is essential since all your communication happens through chat. This is a ground-floor position with no prior experience necessary. We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed before you interact with real customers.
Rate: $35 per hour
