Chat Assistant (Live Support)

What You'll Do:

You'll handle incoming chat messages from customers on our partner websites and social platforms. Each day, you'll be fielding product inquiries, resolving technical issues, and creating positive interactions entirely through written chat. Whether someone needs product information or technical assistance, you'll be their go-to problem solver.

Haven't done chat support before? That's perfectly fine. We invest time in comprehensive onboarding so you'll feel confident in your role. What matters most to us is finding someone with genuine passion for customer service and solid typing abilities—everything else is trainable.

The Specifics:

• Pay rate: $35/hour
• Requirements: Fluent English communication and proven experience using Facebook communities. We value independent workers who can stay organized without micromanagement.
