You'll handle their inquiries through our chat platform, using detailed resources and guides we provide to solve most issues. When something tricky comes along, our support crew is standing by to help you out.
Contract length: Ongoing position with no predetermined endpoint
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone to manage chat conversations on our platform. We need someone comfortable working independently and who follows detailed instructions with care. You must be able to commit at least 20 hours each week and have dependable internet access.
Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours
Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
