Requirements: You'll need a laptop, phone, or tablet along with a reliable internet connection to do this work effectively. Clear, professional English writing is also necessary for communicating with customers.
Skills/Background Needed: This is a great entry-level position in chat support, and we invest in thorough training and onboarding for all new hires. No experience with chat platforms is required before starting.
