Your typical workday includes addressing questions about delivery fees, merchandise returns, product availability, and general customer concerns. This position is perfect for beginners, and comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success.
• Requirements: Access to a functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with a strong internet connection for managing chats and web-based platforms. We're looking for independent workers capable of adhering to company standards, maintaining a minimum of 5+ hours weekly, and keeping a dependable internet setup.
• Location: Operate from any location with internet connectivity. Remote work online (USA preferred).

Training and Experience: Prior chat support experience isn't necessary. Our team will guide you through the entire process, ensuring you feel prepared to address customer concerns and provide excellent support from your first day.
