We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our chat and email team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, helping customers find solutions and building relationships that keep them engaged. You'll need to know our products inside and out, genuinely care about solving problems, and communicate with warmth and professionalism every single time you interact with someone.
The day-to-day involves managing several chat conversations at once without losing focus on what matters—making each customer feel important and listened to. You'll be part of a collaborative team that celebrates successes and supports one another's development. We're seeking someone who loves talking with people, takes ownership of their work, and has the interpersonal skills to turn customer inquiries into lasting loyalty.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need reliable access to a device (laptop, phone, or tablet) and a dependable internet connection. Clear, professional English writing skills are a must for customer conversations.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity—no previous experience in chat support required. We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
