About the Role:

What You Will Be Doing:

Once you complete our brief training program, you'll dive into managing customer conversations via our live chat system. Your days will involve responding to support requests and product inquiries, drawing on the knowledge base and resources we make available to you. Our support team is always there when you need guidance or have questions during your shift.

Contract Length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed:

• A reliable device (laptop, desktop, smartphone, or tablet) capable of running web browsers and communication tools.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Fast, stable internet connection available at your home workspace.
