This role operates entirely through written communication and is 100% remote—zero phone duties, zero commute required. You'll engage with customers via live chat channels including Facebook Messenger, assisting businesses in managing their website and social media customer inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities center on facilitating live chat interactions across business platforms and social media channels. You'll respond to customer inquiries, direct users to relevant product information, and communicate special offers and promotions.

Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, or tablet with dependable internet connectivity is essential. Proficiency in English writing is required.
