Customer Service - Entry Level / Remote

We're building out our Customer Service team and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems. If you're comfortable communicating via email, chat, phone, and social platforms, and you thrive working independently from home, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing: Your main focus will be jumping into live chat conversations with our customers throughout the day. You'll answer their questions, explain our products and services, and make sure they know about current promotions and offers. It's straightforward work that requires a friendly approach and genuine care for customer satisfaction.

Contract Term: Completely flexible - zero long-term contracts

Rate: $35 per hour

Required Skills/Background:

• A reliable device (computer, phone, or tablet) with solid internet connectivity
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight
• Willingness to follow company policies and procedures consistently
• Minimum 5 hours per week available
• Fast, stable internet connection that won't let you down

Weekly Commitment: You control your schedule - anywhere from 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
