Customer Service Rep - Call Center/Billing (Work from Home)

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you love helping people and building great customer relationships, this could be the perfect fit. Your conversations and support will shape how customers view our brand—it's work that truly matters.

Responsibilities:

• Answer live chat messages and social media messages from customers on behalf of our clients. Respond thoughtfully to their questions, share helpful resources and product information, and let them know about relevant deals and promotions.

Contract Duration: Indefinite (ongoing position)

Compensation: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a reliable computer, phone, or tablet plus solid internet service to access our chat and social media tools. We're looking for self-motivated people who can take direction well, work a minimum of 5 hours each week, and stay reliably connected.

Weekly Hours: 5 to 40 hours per week (you choose your schedule)

Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
