We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing support team. You'll be helping Shopify merchants and their customers by responding to inquiries about products, processing returns and exchanges, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Your Role:
- Chat with customers in real-time, answering questions about promotions, shipping, product details, and our policies.
- You'll have access to comprehensive guides and resources for common questions, plus direct support from your supervisor whenever you encounter something outside the usual scope.
Details:
- No fixed contract length—work as long as it suits you.
- Pay rate: $35 per hour.
- Requirements: A working computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access, ability to manage your own time, comfort following procedures, at least 20 hours available each week, and a dependable connection.
