Customer Success Associate (Remote, Chat Support)

Role Overview:

In this position, you'll engage with customers through live chat conversations on our website and social media channels. Your day will involve responding to product questions, sharing information about our offerings, recommending solutions tailored to customer needs, and guiding people toward the right answers—all while working remotely from your own space.

Details:

• Contract Length: Open-ended flexible arrangement with no set expiration date.
• Rate: $35 hourly.
• Requirements: A device such as a smartphone, computer, or tablet that can run chat applications and access social media platforms. You must demonstrate strong self-discipline, attention to detail when following processes, and commit to at least 5 hours weekly. A dependable internet connection is essential.
• Weekly Hours: Flexibility to work anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week based on your schedule.
• Location: Remote work online (USA preferred).
