We're Looking for a Customer Success Representative

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll engage with our customers primarily through live chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, understanding what they need, and delivering effective solutions. We operate with a "Users First" philosophy that shapes every decision we make, and you'll embody that every day. This is a fully remote position, so you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with internet access.

What We're Looking For:

• Pay: $35/hour
• Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connectivity.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
• Experience & Qualifications:
  • No prior experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training.
  • Prior experience with live chat support is a bonus, though we don't require it.
