We're looking for friendly and patient Customer Support Chat Agents to join our growing team. As a Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions, concerns, or technical issues. You'll work through our secure chat platform, responding to messages in real-time while providing helpful, empathetic support. Whether customers need product guidance, billing assistance, or troubleshooting help, you'll be there to turn their experience around. The work is entirely online, so you can set up your workspace anywhere with a solid internet connection and focus on what matters—making customers feel heard and supported.
Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to incoming chat messages, understanding customer issues, providing accurate solutions or escalating when needed, documenting interactions properly, and maintaining a professional yet warm tone throughout every conversation. You'll develop product knowledge over time and learn to handle a variety of customer scenarios with confidence and care.
Rate: $35 per hour
Contract: No fixed term
Hours per week: Flexible
Requirements: You'll need a reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), a quiet workspace where you can focus on chats, and the ability to be online during your scheduled shifts. A secondary device like a tablet or smartphone is helpful for reference materials.
Skills/background needed: Strong written English communication is essential since you'll be chatting with customers all day. We're looking for people with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help. Previous customer service experience is a plus but absolutely not required—many of our top agents started with no experience at all. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
