Are you a quick typist with a friendly personality? We're looking for empathetic communicators who can handle live customer chat conversations with ease. No experience necessary—if you're patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely want to help people, we'll train you on everything else. Your Responsibilities: You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via live chat. Your job is to listen to their concerns, answer questions about products or services, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate problems when needed. You'll also process returns, handle billing questions, and maintain a positive tone even during challenging conversations.
Hourly Rate: $35
Requirements: You'll need a working computer or laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps). A quiet workspace is important so you can focus on customers without distractions. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is helpful but not required.
Qualifications: No previous customer service experience required. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask. If you're organized and can follow simple processes, you're a great fit for this role.
