We're looking for Customer Support Executives to join our distributed team. You'll be the friendly face behind our clients' digital conversations, helping their customers feel valued and heard. This work directly impacts how businesses connect with the people they serve.

Job Description:

Work from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet. This is a fully remote position with no phone calls required. You'll be responding to customers through messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, live chat widgets, and social media channels. All interactions happen digitally—no meetings, no commute, just you and your computer handling real customer conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer messages across live chat and social media channels.
• Addressing customer questions and troubleshooting their concerns.
• Sending customers to relevant product pages when appropriate.
• Helping customers redeem discounts and special offers.

Job Details:

• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements:
