We're looking for a Customer Support Live Chat Specialist to join our support team and help customers in real-time. You'll respond to customer inquiries through our live chat system, answer questions about our products and services, troubleshoot common issues, and ensure every interaction leaves customers satisfied. Responsibilities/Roles: Respond promptly to incoming live chat messages from customers, provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance, maintain a friendly and professional tone in all conversations, document customer interactions in our support system, escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed, and consistently meet response time targets.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable computer and a stable high-speed internet connection. Strong written communication skills are essential since you'll be typing to customers all day. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, based in the United States, able to pass a background check, and willing to follow company guidelines and chat protocols. You should be comfortable learning our support platform and company procedures quickly.
