Customer Support Representative (Work at Home / Entry Level)

We're looking for entry-level Customer Support Representatives to join our team and work directly with a major gaming client. You'll represent their brand across multiple platforms, responding to customer questions with genuine care and quick turnaround times. We need someone who's organized, eager to provide great service, and comfortable working across various online communication channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Connecting with customers across social channels like YouTube and Twitch.
• Responding to customer questions and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Promoting current offers and directing customers to purchase options.

Details:

• No fixed contract—work at your own pace with complete flexibility.
• Pay rate: $35 per hour.
• Requirements: Smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with reliable internet to manage social media and live chat, strong self-discipline, ability to stick to company guidelines, and a minimum commitment of 5 hours weekly.
• Fast, dependable internet connection is essential.
