Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Job Description: In this ecommerce support position, you'll assist a growing online retailer with essential day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing product listings, processing customer orders, handling inventory updates, and providing responsive customer service via email and chat.

If you're comfortable handling straightforward digital tasks like organizing spreadsheets, updating product descriptions, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with suppliers (we provide clear, easy-to-follow guidance), you'll find this role manageable and rewarding. Rate: $35 per hour

Contract: No fixed term

Hours per week: Flexible

Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)

Responsibilities/Roles:

• Monitor and update product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms
• Process and organize customer orders and shipment information
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers
• Research competitors and market trends to optimize product positioning
• Generate basic reports on sales performance and customer feedback

Requirements:

• Working device such as a laptop, phone, or tablet
• Stable internet connection
• Comfortable written communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions

Skills/Background Needed:

This is an entry-level opportunity in ecommerce support, and full training is included as part of the onboarding process. You don't need previous experience with ecommerce platforms or online retail to succeed here.
