Roles:
- Download and install beta game builds on your personal gaming devices
- Play through game levels and features, exploring all available content
- Document bugs, glitches, performance issues, and gameplay concerns in detailed reports
- Provide constructive feedback on game mechanics, difficulty balance, and user experience
- Test across different devices and gaming platforms as assigned
- Complete testing checklists and quality assurance tasks systematically
Requirements:
- Access to at least one gaming device (PC, Mac, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or mobile device)
- Genuine interest in video games and game development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues clearly
- Self-directed work ethic with ability to manage your own testing schedule
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Minimum 10 hours per week available for testing
- Age 18 or older
Skills/Background Needed:
- Familiarity with various gaming genres and platforms
- Basic ability to write clear, descriptive bug reports
- Problem-solving mindset and patience with unfinished software
- No coding or technical background required
Compensation:
- $35 per hour for all testing activities and report submissions
Contract:
- No fixed term – work as long as you'd like
