Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support through chat conversations, which includes:
- Paying close attention to what customers are asking and what's really bothering them.
- Responding with empathy and working fast to get issues resolved.
- Creating detailed documentation of conversations and the steps taken to help each customer.
- Converting challenging interactions into wins for both the customer and our business.
Details:
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements:
- A desktop computer, laptop, phone, or tablet available for work.
- Dependable broadband or WiFi internet access.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written English.
Skills/Background Needed:
