  • Document interactions accurately in our customer management system to ensure continuity of service and track resolution patterns.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain a positive tone in all written communications, turning frustrated customers into satisfied ones through empathy and efficiency.

Rate: $35 per hour | Contract length: No fixed term | Hours per week: Flexible

Requirements:

  • Reliable computer or laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for multi-tasking across support platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and the ability to explain solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions with a genuine desire to solve problems.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple customer conversations and prioritize responses effectively.
  • Comfort with learning and using various software platforms, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
  • Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.

Skills & Background Needed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with self-discipline and motivation to meet quality standards without direct supervision.
  • Quick typing speed and proficiency navigating multiple browser windows and applications simultaneously.
  • Patience and problem-solving mindset when dealing with various customer personalities and scenarios.
