Job Details:
- Contract Length: Open-ended flexible arrangement with no predetermined end date—you decide when and how much you work.
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Responsibilities: You'll handle customer conversations via live chat on our website and social channels. Your day involves answering questions from new prospects and helping existing customers work through technical issues or product questions.
- Requirements: You'll need access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer and a stable internet connection. Success in this role means being self-directed, following instructions carefully, and keeping at least 10 hours free each week for work. Comfortable using social media and web-based communication tools is essential.
- Location: Completely remote—work from home, a coffee shop, or anywhere with internet. We're hiring globally, but we're particularly interested in candidates based in the USA.
Training and Experience: No background needed. We'll train you thoroughly so you can support customers effectively from day one.
