Entry Level Virtual Chat Assistant (Remote)

Looking for someone organized and reliable to handle customer conversations? We need a Virtual Chat Assistant to join us on a part-time basis. You'll be responding to customers through our website chat, email, and social media channels. Your goal is to give quick, thoughtful answers while keeping our service quality high. We'll provide all the training you need to succeed right from the start.

Job Details:

• Contract Length: Permanent ongoing role with no fixed end date.
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Skills/Background Needed: No prior experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. You'll just need a working device (computer, tablet, or phone) that can run chat and social media apps, reliable internet access, and availability for at least 10 hours each week. Self-motivation and the ability to follow instructions independently are important.
• Location: Remote work online (USA preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer messages through our website chat and social channels. You'll assist existing customers with their support questions and also help prospects who are interested in learning more about what we offer.
