We're seeking a Freelance Writer - App Tester who can provide exceptional customer support through live chat conversations. You'll be the frontline responder for customers reaching out with technical questions, taking time to understand their concerns, and guiding them toward solutions using our documentation and support tools. Your role is critical in ensuring customers feel heard and get back to using our product without frustration.
Success in this position means combining strong writing skills with technical aptitude to explain solutions clearly and troubleshoot methodically. You'll work independently but have the backing of a supportive team, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in helping others solve problems and feel confident moving forward.
Details:
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements: You'll need a reliable device (laptop, phone, or tablet) and consistent internet connection. Strong English writing skills are essential for clear customer communication.
