This fully remote customer service role focuses on building connections with customers through text-based communication channels. Calls are not part of what you'll be doing here.
A typical day includes: Fielding messages from customers on chat and social media who are browsing our client's site. You'll handle their questions, guide them toward products that fit their needs, and let them know about current promotions.
We're seeking someone with:

Your main responsibilities:

- Spot and reach out to potential new customers.

- Set up and execute customer follow-ups to keep relationships active.
- Put together promotional materials for customer-facing interactions.

- Pay: $35/hour
- What you'll need: A smartphone, tablet, or computer to access messaging platforms and social media. You should be self-motivated, able to stick to guidelines, and have at least 5 hours of availability each week. A dependable internet connection is non-negotiable.
