We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to become part of our growing support team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering great customer experiences by responding to inquiries, fulfilling orders, handling return requests, and logging customer interactions through our chat system.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor our live chat during shifts that work with your schedule (pick the hours that suit you best), responding promptly to customer questions and issues from our website visitors.
- Complete your shift and receive same-day payment for hours worked.
Details:
- No commitment required—work with complete flexibility and no binding contracts.
- Pay: $35 hourly.
- Requirements: Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet, self-motivation and independence, commitment to following company guidelines, at least 5 hours available per week, and a stable internet connection.
