Junior Game Analyst

Are you someone who can't help but analyze why a game feels right—or wrong? We're seeking a Junior Game Analyst to become part of our creative team and help us understand how players actually experience our games. Your insights will directly influence where we take our products next.

Job Description:

You'll work alongside our development team to play through our games with a critical eye, examine performance metrics, surface technical problems, and recommend concrete improvements. We're building a culture that values inquisitive minds and thoughtful analysis over resume pedigree. If you spend time playing games and wondering about the decisions behind them, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive reports examining game performance and how players engage with it.
• Review gameplay mechanics in depth to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Document bugs and technical glitches as you discover them during play.
• Collaborate with the development team to verify that fixes and new content work as intended.

Requirements:

• Access to at least one device: iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet.
• Authentic passion for games combined with a logical, metrics-focused mindset.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Prior game industry experience isn't required—we're committed to training someone with genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to develop.

Pay: $35 per hour with competitive benefits.

Location: Remote work online (USA preferred). We hire remote-based contributors across the country.
