How You'll Work:
This is a fully remote position where you'll manage comments, direct messages, and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. You'll respond to inquiries, moderate conversations, post scheduled content, track engagement metrics, and report back to your team daily. Everything is done from your home office with flexible scheduling that works around your life.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages within 2 hours
- Moderate community discussions and maintain a positive, brand-aligned atmosphere
- Create simple posts and captions following brand guidelines
- Track engagement metrics and report daily insights to the team
- Assist customers with basic questions and route complex issues to specialists
- Stay current with platform trends and algorithm changes
What You'll Need:
- Hourly Rate: $35 per hour
- Experience Required: None! This is entry-level with full onboarding. You don't need previous social media work experience.
- Skills/Background: Active personal social media user, basic writing skills in English, comfortable learning new tools, and able to follow brand voice guidelines
- Equipment: Computer or tablet with reliable internet connection. Smartphone helpful but not required.
- Contract: No fixed term
- Hours Per Week: Flexible—work as much or as little as you want (minimum 10 hours suggested)
- Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
