Position Details:

• Role: Live Chat Support Representative
• Responsibilities: Responding to incoming chat messages on client websites and social media platforms, resolving customer concerns, presenting relevant product details and promotional materials, and recommending offers designed to increase customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
