As our Live Chat Assistant, you'll be the helpful voice supporting customers through real-time chat conversations. Your day will involve fielding inquiries, solving problems, and building relationships that turn curious prospects into loyal customers.
We need someone energetic who can handle multiple chats simultaneously without breaking a sweat, and who genuinely loves solving problems and helping people succeed.
What you'll be doing: You'll handle live chat messages across our clients' Facebook and Instagram channels, addressing both existing customer support requests and incoming sales inquiries from potential buyers. We'll equip you with full training so you're ready to tackle any conversation that comes your way.
Employment type: Ongoing position with no set end date
Hourly rate: $35/hour
Required background and tools: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing chat platforms and social media. You'll need strong self-discipline, the ability to adhere to detailed procedures, and a commitment to consistent work. Expect a minimum of 5 hours per week availability, plus a dependable broadband connection.
Weekly hours: 5 – 40 hours per week
Work location: 100% remote work online (USA preferred).
