Your Responsibilities:

You'll serve as the primary support contact for one of our business partners. Your day-to-day work includes accessing their chat system, addressing customer concerns promptly, and walking customers through product features and problem-solving steps. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding and continuous guidance from a dedicated manager, ensuring you always have the resources you need.

The Position:

• Employment Type: Flexible, open-ended contract
• Compensation: $35/hour
• Requirements: Device with internet capability (laptop, desktop, smartphone, or tablet). Independent work ethic. Commitment to following procedures. Minimum 5 hours weekly. Reliable, fast internet connection.
• Schedule: 5–40 hours per week (your choice)
