Live Chat Representative - Work at Home

Looking for someone who's passionate about customer service? We're hiring Live Chat Representatives to join our growing team and help customers find the perfect wheels and tires for their vehicles. In this role, you'll connect with shoppers in real-time, answer their questions, and guide them through the buying process—all from the comfort of your home.

You'll be the friendly voice (well, the friendly typing presence!) behind our chat platform and social media support channels. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries about products, verifying vehicle compatibility, discussing available promotions, and helping clients book service appointments. Everything happens online—no commute, no office politics, just you and your computer making customers happy.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• A dependable internet connection and a working device (laptop, desktop, or tablet).
• Strong English writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly through text.

Skills/background needed:

• No previous chat support experience necessary. We're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and excel in a customer-facing role.
