We're seeking warm, attentive people to become part of our customer support team as a Live Support Chat Specialist. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance through chat and email by resolving their issues, guiding them toward solutions, and knowing when to bring in management support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping track of and replying to chat messages from site users and various social channels.
- Resolving customer problems and inquiries as they come in.
- Informing customers about special deals, coupon codes, and product resources.
