About the Role:

As a Mobile App and Game Tester, you'll be the first line of quality assurance for exciting new apps and games before they hit the market. You'll download, play, and thoroughly test mobile applications on real devices, then provide comprehensive feedback that helps developers improve their products. Your testing reports directly impact the final quality of apps used by millions.

Responsibilities:

• Download and install mobile apps and games on iOS or Android devices.
• Execute test cases and explore apps organically to identify bugs, crashes, and usability issues.
• Document detailed findings including steps to reproduce issues, screenshots, and performance observations.
• Test across different device types, screen sizes, and OS versions.
• Provide constructive feedback on user experience, gameplay mechanics, and functionality.
• Meet deadlines and complete test cycles within assigned timeframes.

Requirements:

What you'll need to succeed:

• A smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android) to test on.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch subtle bugs and design issues.
• Experience playing mobile games or using mobile apps regularly.
• Clear, professional writing skills for documenting test results.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet testing environment.
• Ability to follow testing protocols and instructions precisely.
• Basic technical understanding of mobile platforms and app functionality.

Skills & Background Needed:

Ideal candidates have experience with quality assurance testing, gaming, or app development. Previous testing experience is a plus but not required. You should be comfortable learning new tools and providing constructive, detailed feedback.

Hours Per Week:

Flexible. You control your schedule – test during peak hours or whenever fits your life best.

Location:

Remote work online (USA preferred). Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Contract Length:

No fixed term. Ongoing projects available for committed testers.

Rate:

$35 per hour for every app and game you test and review.
