Are you someone who loves finding problems before users do? We're seeking a Mobile App Tester to become part of our team and ensure that the apps millions of people use daily meet the highest quality standards. Your observations and thorough testing will drive real improvements in how our partners release their products.
Roles:
- Download and run mobile applications on your own device to assess performance.
- Examine app behavior, speed, design, and user experience across every section and feature.
- Prepare comprehensive reports documenting what works well, what doesn't, and any bugs or glitches you uncover.
Requirements:
We're looking for people who have:
- An iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet ready to use for testing.
- The drive to organize and manage your own testing schedule independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and comfort adhering to specific test plans.
- At least 5 hours per week available for active testing assignments.
- A solid internet connection that stays stable during your work sessions.
Compensation: $35 hourly (compensation varies depending on app difficulty and scope of testing work).
Skills/background needed:
- Real-world experience installing and navigating applications on mobile platforms.
- Independent work ethic requiring little day-to-day guidance.
- Willingness to stick closely to provided instructions and testing procedures.
- Minimum 5 hours weekly to dedicate to testing work.
- Reliable, uninterrupted internet service.
