Your Role: Native English Customer Support Chat Agent
As a native English chat support agent, you'll work at $35 per hour. Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, providing product information with clarity and warmth, and ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued and supported. You'll be the friendly voice (in writing) that customers remember.
Requirements:
You must be a native English speaker with excellent writing skills—grammar, tone, and clarity matter. A reliable computer and stable internet connection are essential. You'll need the ability to multitask, manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
