No Experience Chat Support Clerk

Do you enjoy helping people one-on-one and finding solutions to their problems? We're hiring Chat Support Specialists who will be the friendly face behind our customer interactions. You'll be fielding incoming chats and emails, making sure every customer feels heard and taken care of.

Your Role:

We need someone who can connect with customers through clear, thoughtful communication. Your job is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, get to the bottom of what customers need, and wrap things up smoothly.

Key Details:

• Rate: You'll earn $35 per hour for your work.
• Requirements: Just bring a working device—phone, tablet, or computer will do. We're looking for people who take initiative, follow our guidelines, and can commit to at least 10 hours each week. A solid internet connection is essential.
• Location: Fully remote—work from anywhere online. We're primarily looking for team members in the USA.
