Online Chat Support Assistant (Entry Level, Part-Time, No Experience)

We're seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our growing customer service team. In this role, you'll handle incoming customer inquiries via chat, addressing questions about our products, website features, and account management. It's direct, helpful work—you'll be the friendly face answering customer questions and resolving issues in real time.

Contract Duration: Total flexibility. There's no long-term obligation, so you can work on your own terms and adjust your availability as needed.

Hourly Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• Access to a reliable device—computer, tablet, or smartphone—capable of running chat applications and browsing websites.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and direction from management.
• Minimum availability of 5 hours each week.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection where you'll be working.
