Part-Time Customer Support Agent (Email/Chat)

Are you great at talking to people and solving problems? We're looking for part-time support agents to join our team and help our clients' customers via email and live chat. Whether you've done this work before or you're just getting started, we'll train you thoroughly and get you ready to succeed.

About Us: In this position, you'll be the go-to person helping customers navigate issues and find what they need across multiple client websites and social channels. You'll respond to questions, troubleshoot problems, make product suggestions, and connect people with solutions. Since everything is digital, you can work from your home, local café, or wherever you have internet access (we primarily work with USA-based team members).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering customer inquiries through chat and email platforms
• Troubleshooting issues with courtesy and patience
• Offering product advice and connecting customers to the right solutions
