As a Chat Support Agent working remotely, you'll enjoy the freedom to deliver exceptional service to customers while building your professional experience at your own pace.

Job Description: You'll be handling customer messages through live chat and social media channels. Day-to-day, you'll be answering questions, directing people to relevant resources, and updating them on current deals and offers.

Contract Duration: Ongoing with no predetermined end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• A reliable device such as a computer, tablet, or phone for communicating via chat platforms.
• The ability to stay focused and motivated without direct supervision.
• Careful attention to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Commitment to working at least 10 hours per week.
• Fast and consistent internet connection.

Weekly Hours: 10 – 40 hours per week
