QA Tester (Beginner Level / No Experience Required)

Role:

As a QA Tester, you'll execute test cases on web and desktop applications, document your findings in clear language, and help developers understand exactly what needs fixing. You'll follow testing protocols, explore edge cases, and provide constructive feedback on user experience and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Execute predefined and exploratory test cases on assigned software.
• Document bugs and issues with screenshots and step-by-step reproduction steps.
• Test application features across different browsers and operating systems.
• Verify that fixes actually resolve reported problems.
• Communicate clearly about what you found and how to recreate issues.

Requirements:

• Zero QA experience required—we provide complete training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• A computer with internet access and standard browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
• Basic writing skills to clearly document what you discover.
• Patience and methodical thinking when troubleshooting problems.

Skills/Background Needed:

• No coding or technical background required.
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
• Ability to think analytically and break down complex tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated testing time.

Hours Per Week:

Flexible – work as much or as little as your schedule allows.

Contract:

No fixed term – ongoing work with flexibility to adjust your availability.

Location:

Rate:

$35 per hour.
