• Day-to-Day Responsibilities: You'll engage with customers through our live chat system and social channels, fielding questions from people looking to return items, place new orders, or get clarification on our services. We invest in thorough training for every team member, so prior experience isn't necessary—just bring your willingness to learn.
• Contract Terms: This is an ongoing flexible contract with no predetermined end date.
• Compensation: $35 per hour.
• What You'll Need: Access to a computer, tablet, or phone is essential for communicating via our chat and social platforms. We're looking for someone independent-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable committing a minimum of 5 hours weekly. You'll need reliable internet that won't let your customers down.
• Time Commitment: Flexibility is built in—you set your own schedule between 5 and 40 hours per week based on what works for your life.
• Work Setup: This is a 100% remote position. We're actively seeking applicants based in the United States.
