Remote App Testing Virtual Assistant (Entry Level)

Job Description:

As a Remote App Testing Virtual Assistant, you'll download and thoroughly test applications, then provide comprehensive feedback on functionality, design, and user experience. You'll follow specific testing scripts, document every issue you encounter, and help us understand how real users interact with digital products. This is hands-on quality assurance work that directly impacts product development.

Responsibilities:

• Download and install applications on assigned devices following detailed test plans.
• Navigate through app features and workflows, checking for bugs and broken functionality.
• Document all issues, crashes, and unusual behavior with screenshots and clear descriptions.
• Provide constructive feedback on user interface design and navigation flow.
• Complete testing assignments within specified timeframes and meet quality standards.
• Report findings through our testing platform with organized, actionable notes.

Requirements:

• Access to at least one compatible device (iOS or Android smartphone/tablet).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to follow testing instructions precisely without deviation.
• Minimum 10 hours per week availability for testing projects.
• Comfortable downloading and uninstalling apps as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices.

Contract Length: No fixed term—work with us as long as you'd like with complete flexibility.

Rate: $35 per hour, with potential for increases as you gain experience and take on more complex testing assignments.
