Job Description:

• Role: Remote Call Center Representative (Entry Level)
• Responsibilities: Interact with customers via live chat, respond to their questions, recommend appropriate products and services, and highlight relevant promotions as needed.
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements: A smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat systems and social media platforms. You should be comfortable working independently while following company policies, uphold professional communication at all times, and be able to dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per week. A dependable high-speed internet connection is required.
• Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
• Location: Remote work online (USA preferred).
