In this Remote Chat Assistant role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions, concerns, and feedback. You'll provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, maintain a positive tone in every interaction, and ensure customers leave conversations feeling heard and satisfied. Your work directly impacts how people perceive our brand and their loyalty to us.

Job Details:

• Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, address concerns with empathy and professionalism, provide product information and solutions, document interactions accurately, escalate complex issues appropriately, and maintain a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor
• Requirements: A reliable computer, tablet, or smartphone with stable internet connection. You'll need excellent written communication skills, the ability to multitask in a chat environment, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required—we value attitude over experience
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Contract: No fixed term
• Hours per Week: Flexible—choose your own schedule between 5 and 40 hours weekly
• Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
• Skills & Background Needed: Strong typing speed, active listening, emotional intelligence, patience, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Native English speakers with customer-facing experience excel in this role
