Your day-to-day work will involve checking client business pages on Facebook and responding to customer inquiries in a helpful way. You'll encounter questions about pricing, shipping and returns, special deals, and similar topics. Our training takes less than a day—seriously.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries submitted through Facebook business pages
• Writing helpful, courteous responses that address customer concerns
• Keeping interactions professional and respectful at all times

What We Offer:

• Hourly pay at $35 per hour
• Work full-time or part-time with no binding contract

Requirements: To be successful, you'll need:
